The 331 is a life management tool. A tool where one can check in with themselves, realize what matters most, clarify a little about who they are, and ultimately whether they are on their path for their North Star. Often, in todays busy world, people wake up and are stressed with their long list of to-dos. A lot of the important things that ultimately need to get done, get pushed aside for the more urgent things that pop up during the day. Often people will have a list of 50 things to do. They get 30 done, get stressed about the 20 they didnt do, and probably don’t get a couple of the big things done. This check in tool is a tactic, or a structure. It allows people to take a deep breath; see where they are right now; what matters most; what are the top things they need to knock out; and, ask themselves: if it were up to me, what would I do differently, or what would be different. The 331 is a prioritization tool. What are the three things that matter the most to me right now? What are the top three action items that if I get these things done, I have a great day? And then the one, if it were up to me right now, I would change this. It helps for people to check in, prioritize, take action, feel success, and have a great day. The second part of this tool is to share this information. A person is much more apt to accomplish their 331, and get help from others, when they share these things with trusted friends. The 331 is a life management tool to help to relieve stress, be more successful, and have a more balanced life.
